During the trip we will have daily basic learning of basic terms of Buddhism by a high degree of Buddhist philosopher monk and practicing sitting meditation for adopting mindfulness into yourself in the morning, taking day trips to many sacred and scenic places and sometimes we will take beautiful mindful walking in a peaceful outdoor landscape.
